What you will do

• Serve as the primary delivery lead for enterprise customers, owning the outcome from kickoff through go-live.
• Own the end-to-end project plan, including scope, schedule, budget, and RAID logs.
• Guide customers through AI workflow transformation, shifting processes to AI-augmented and agent-assisted operations.
• Coordinate delivery across internal teams, external partners, and customer stakeholders.
• Manage technical sequencing, compliance, security, and access management in regulated enterprise environments.
• Provide executive-ready updates and communication for C-level stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• 5+ years of experience managing technical delivery for external customers in professional services or consulting.
• Genuine fluency with AI tools and their application in daily delivery workflows.
• Hands-on platform fluency with hirify.global or a comparable no-code platform.
• PMP or equivalent PMO certification.
• Proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
