What you will do
- Manage day-to-day operations of assigned clinical programs to ensure milestones and objectives are met.
- Translate program strategy into actionable roadmaps and drive cross-functional initiatives.
- Monitor program performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with analytics teams to implement data-driven operational enhancements.
- Serve as the primary operational lead for stakeholder engagement and client-facing reviews.
- Develop and maintain program documentation, playbooks, and operational resources.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- 5+ years of program or project management experience in healthcare operations, utilization management, or health tech.
- Proven success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and driving measurable business outcomes.
- Strong analytical and execution skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a matrixed organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Public Health, or related field.
