What you will do

• Provide on-site hardware and software support for PCs, printers, tablets, and production equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues in a manufacturing and office environment.
• Log and track incidents using the internal ticketing system.
• Assist in the deployment and configuration of new hardware and software.
• Provide remote Level 2 support for individuals outside of primary facilities.
• Collaborate with technology teams to resolve complex technical problems and escalate issues when necessary.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite at Yaphank Horseblock Rd, NY.
• 1-2 years of technology support experience in a professional environment.
• Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and MS Office products.
• Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively via phone, email, chat, and in-person.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify participant).
