What you will do

• Monitor and support the efficient functioning of computer hardware and systems.
• Manage shipping, receiving, inventory tracking, and asset records for IT equipment.
• Provide basic troubleshooting and escalation support for hardware and system issues.
• Maintain accurate operational logs and documentation.
• Support security access processes and user setup activities.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and replacements.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in IT support, computer operations, or inventory coordination.
• General knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware and peripheral equipment.
• Familiarity with inventory systems and asset tracking.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a customer-oriented environment.
