What you will do

• Deliver high-quality IT helpdesk support to internal employees.
• Perform initial troubleshooting and diagnosis on local and remote devices.
• Build, update, and resolve incidents and service requests in the ticketing system.
• Maintain and repair PCs, laptops, and proprietary client hardware.
• Develop and document technical processes and procedures.
• Provide user assistance via phone, email, walkup, and remote support.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in IT preferred.
• 1+ years of helpdesk or call center experience in a large enterprise environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Outstanding customer focus and attention to detail.
• Technical knowledge across a broad range of IT fields.

Nice to have

• A+, Network+, or Security+ certifications.
• MCP certification.
• ITIL certification or experience.
