Salary: $177,000–$242,000 Annual

What you will do

• Define and execute enterprise strategic sourcing strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing processes including RFI, RFP, and RFQ management.
• Drive complex, high-value contract negotiations with strategic suppliers.
• Build and manage a robust supplier performance management program with KPI tracking.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing procurement team.
• Partner with Finance on budget planning, spend analytics, and procurement reporting.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive procurement/strategic sourcing experience.
• 4+ years in a leadership role.
• Demonstrated experience in the biopharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industry.
• Deep expertise in category management across clinical, commercial, or G&A spend.
• Strong knowledge of contract law and supplier risk management.
• Experience with procurement technology platforms such as Oracle.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent).
• Professional certification: CPSM, CPM, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with GxP procurement requirements and CDMO/CRO contracting.
• Experience building or transforming a procurement function from the ground up.
