What you will do

• Lead complex enterprise engagements from discovery through technical win and deployment.
• Design and validate technical solutions for video collaboration, AV integration, and IT infrastructure.
• Manage Proof of Concepts (PoCs) with clear success criteria and documented outcomes.
• Engage with C-level stakeholders, IT leadership, and AV decision-makers to influence strategic decisions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering to address customer needs and product feedback.
• Provide deployment guidance on networking, security, and device management for enterprise environments.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US, with a preference for the Southeast region (Atlanta, Tampa, or DC areas).
• Extensive experience in solutions engineering, technical pre-sales, or enterprise IT/AV consulting.
• Expert-level knowledge of video collaboration platforms (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, Webex).
• Advanced understanding of enterprise networking (firewalls, VPNs, QoS, VLANs, cloud security).
• Proven ability to lead complex enterprise opportunities and influence executive stakeholders.
• Ability to travel up to 50% for customer meetings and industry events.
