What you will do

• Drive pre-sales activities from opportunity identification to booking.
• Design and present high-level technical solutions including hardware, software, and professional services.
• Collect business and technical requirements to create end-to-end network designs.
• Collaborate with sales teams to build customer relationships and advise on network offerings.
• Develop go-to-market strategies and operationalize plans for new service offerings.
• Lead and mentor a growing team while maintaining technical certifications.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Prior experience in a pre-sale capacity for networking solutions.
• Expertise in enterprise-class network solutions including complex routing and switching.
• Experience with firewalls, VPNs, load balancing, and SDN/SDWAN technologies.
• Background in managing proposal processes and SOW creation.
• Ability to act as a Technical SME Lead and provide team mentorship.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CCDA, or CCNP.
