What you will do

• Provide high-quality local IT support for the Tokyo office and remote support for APAC employees.
• Manage Mac and Windows endpoints, including provisioning, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management.
• Administer core workplace systems such as Google Workspace, Okta, Jamf, and Workspace ONE.
• Support identity and access management, including SSO troubleshooting and account provisioning.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve IT support processes.
• Partner with HR, Security, and Finance teams to ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Corporate IT, Workplace Technology, or Systems Engineering.
• Business-level English and Japanese communication skills are required.
• Deep understanding of IAM, MDM, and modern workplace collaboration tools.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across Mac, Windows, and SaaS applications.
• Ability to work independently in Tokyo while collaborating with global teams.
• Strong ownership mindset and experience driving IT process improvements.

Nice to have

• Experience with scripting or API-based automation (Bash, Python, PowerShell).
• Background in supporting security audits and endpoint compliance.
