What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end DSR lifecycle, including intake, requestor communication, and fulfillment.
• Coordinate with HR, Legal, IT Security, and Customer Operations to gather and verify necessary documentation.
• Review and redact documentation to ensure responses meet regulatory requirements and internal company policies.
• Monitor and track project timelines meticulously to ensure 100% compliance with statutory response deadlines.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), knowledge base templates, and training materials.
• Conduct research on global privacy trends and legislative developments to assist in program updates.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in legal administration, compliance support, or a data-focused operational role.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and collaboration platforms (SharePoint, Teams).
• Exceptional attention to detail and experience handling highly confidential data.
• Superior interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross-functional partners.
• Must be based in or able to work in Marlborough, MA.

Nice to have

• Functional understanding of global privacy laws such as GDPR or CCPA/CPRA.
• Previous experience supporting privacy programs within a Law Department or Compliance function.
