What you will do

• Monitor and ensure compliance with international sanctions regulations (EU, US, UK).
• Manage internal and external data protection matters, including GDPR and other privacy regulations.
• Supervise KYC and KYS procedures and internal compliance processes.
• Conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and draft privacy documentation.
• Handle service abuse notices, takedown requests, and disclosure requests from authorities and copyright holders.
• Collaborate with banks and authorities and escalate compliance risks to management.

Requirements

• Legal education or at least 1 year of experience in compliance, privacy, or a related field.
• Prior experience in the IT or Cloud sector is an advantage.
• Certificates or completed training in compliance or privacy are highly desirable.
