What you will do

• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
• Monitor and assess adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and deliver compliance training to employees and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve compliance-related issues.
• Prepare reports and documentation for audits and regulatory reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly in Plano, Texas.

• Professional certifications such as CRCM, CCEP, or similar.
