What you will do

• Manage and update GDPR Article 30 Records of Processing Activities.
• Oversee the DPIA and risk assessment process, including triaging and performing assessments.
• Enhance and manage Data Subject Rights processes globally.
• Develop and maintain privacy policies, playbooks, and internal procedures.
• Lead the delivery of the Global Privacy and Data Protection Training Program.
• Manage personal data incident records and coordinate response efforts with IT and security teams.

Requirements

• Privacy or data protection qualification required (IAPP CIPM preferred).
• Significant practical experience in a DPO or privacy compliance role within a multi-national organization.
• Strong understanding of GDPR, PECR, and international privacy legal requirements.
• Proficiency in privacy compliance technologies, specifically the OneTrust Platform.
• Experience liaising with Data Protection Authorities and managing registrations.
• Must be able to work from the London office at least 3 days per week.
