Compensation: Base pay $91,890–$112,310 annually (Target earning potential $166,890–$187,310).

What you will do

  • Drive business growth by creating and executing smart territory plans.
  • Build and maintain lasting partnerships with healthcare professionals including MDs, RNs, and CDEs.
  • Deliver product education and ongoing support to providers and patients.
  • Represent the company at conventions, events, and community outreach programs.
  • Maintain accurate CRM tracking and reporting for territory activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless sales and customer experiences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 3+ years of industry sales experience, preferably in diabetes, endocrinology, or insulin infusion pumps.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship available).
  • Valid driver’s license, insurance, and good driving record required.
  • Ability to travel up to 80% within the assigned territory.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
