What you will do

• Support sales teams in selling and implementing digital care optimization solutions.
• Manage project timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication for new account go-lives.
• Provide on-site and virtual training to customers on EHR interfaces and workflows.
• Analyze EHR utilization data to provide metrics and identify opportunities for account growth.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with EHR, Product, and Operations teams to resolve technical issues.
• Monitor account performance post-implementation to ensure successful customer outcomes.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Western U.S. (WA, OR, CA, CO, NV, AZ, NM, or UT).
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the medical or laboratory field.
• Knowledge of EHR systems and clinical/lab workflows.
• Ability to travel up to 70% of the time.
• Proficiency in presenting to executive and operational stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience as an Epic EHR analyst.
