Salary: $59,600 - $152,800 (Base + Target Cash)

What you will do

  • Identify and build relationships with key decision makers within hospitals and healthcare systems.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive new business.
  • Exceed annual sales quotas through proactive prospecting and consultative selling.
  • Collaborate with internal product, marketing, and implementation teams.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and account data in the CRM.
  • Conduct effective remote product demonstrations for prospective clients.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B technology solution sales experience in healthcare or a similar environment.
  • Proven track record of prospecting, closing new business, and consistent quota achievement.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to solve complex customer problems.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% overnight.
