Salary: $150,000 – $200,000

• Lead national sales strategy and drive strategic revenue growth for LA local stations.
• Maximize market opportunity and client engagement across key sports tentpoles, including the Olympics and Super Bowl.
• Manage and lead a team of Account Executives, overseeing revenue budgets and accurate forecasting.
• Develop new business development strategies targeting SMB and regional growth categories.
• Create integrated, multi-platform sales solutions across linear and non-linear channels.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in media sales.
• Strong understanding of the multi-media ecosystem and digital media landscape.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience.
• Unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license and ability to work a flexible schedule.
