What you will do

• Manage and motivate a dedicated Account Director team, establishing goals and professional development paths.
• Develop and drive client strategies and business growth to achieve agreed KPIs and maximize profit potential.
• Collaborate with Departmental Directors to ensure operational excellence and efficient delivery of the "under one roof" model.
• Build strong relationships with senior clients, providing thought leadership on retail assessments and packaging innovations.
• Oversee financial growth by managing budgets, forecasts, and invoices to meet EBITDA targets.
• Lead high-profile projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
