What you will do

  • Lead solution sales and drive strategic growth for major retail client accounts.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, aligning account strategy with commercial goals.
  • Identify revenue opportunities and lead complex contract negotiations and renewals.
  • Champion the voice of the client internally to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Manage cross-functional teams to ensure delivery quality and adherence to SLAs.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in commercial or solution sales leadership within Beauty, Health, and Wellness.
  • Direct experience in the Beauty industry is required.
  • Working knowledge of syndicated data offerings (NIQ or similar).
  • Strong commercial acumen and consultative selling expertise.
  • BA/BS degree required.
  • Must be able to conduct regular on-site client meetings in the New York, NY area.
