Director, New Business Development (Agency Vertical) (Sales): Expanding hirify.global’s footprint in the media agency space by engaging agencies and executing a strategic sales plan to grow revenue using NIQ audience data, planning, and measurement solutions. Focus on consultative selling, building long-term client relationships, negotiating multi-year contracts, and translating programmatic/audience data into actionable insights for improved targeting and campaign measurement.

Location: Must be based in the NYC Metropolitan area or Greater Chicago to be considered. Remote role with regular travel to meet agencies and lead educational sessions.

Salary: USD 98,000 - USD 170,000 (yearly)

What you will do

  • Prospect, network, and develop new business opportunities with media agencies.
  • Use a consultative approach to understand client needs and position NIQ solutions to solve business challenges.
  • Generate sales leads and maintain a pipeline of sales opportunities across a client portfolio.
  • Negotiate annual or multi-year contracts and drive maximum renewal rates.
  • Create presentations and educate clients on NIQ capabilities, resources, and how to use NIQ data for targeting, planning, and measurement.
  • Partner with Customer Success and Product teams to support satisfaction, renewals, and account growth.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the NYC Metropolitan area or Greater Chicago.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in media agencies, ad tech, or data analytics.
  • Strong understanding of programmatic, audience data, measurement solutions, and media buying processes within media agencies.
  • Established contacts within Media & Social Agencies.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and growing revenue with large enterprise clients.
  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills; strong sales pipeline management; proficient in Microsoft Office.
