What you will do

• Lead and direct enterprise-wide functional responsibilities for privacy and compliance.
• Develop and deploy system-wide strategies to address regulatory and business issues.
• Standardize policies, processes, and methodologies across various regions and health ministries.
• Oversee vendor and contract labor management to optimize spend and strategy.
• Measure and report KPIs and value delivery for the functional area.
• Collaborate with regional leaders to ensure integration of strategy and operations.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business, Health Administration, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of increasingly responsible experience in healthcare, compliance management, or consulting.
• Possess or obtain a Compliance, Audit, or Privacy certification within the first 12 months of the role.
• Working knowledge of Federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• Must be based in the USA.
