Salary: $75,300 - $140,100 annually

What you will do

• Review MDX-related activities, communications, and materials for regulatory compliance.
• Draft, update, and maintain operational risk controls and control inventories.
• Support internal and external audits and drive the remediation of audit findings.
• Assist with complaint review, tracking, and root-cause analysis to identify trends.
• Participate in PRCI and RCSA activities for risk identification and assessment.
• Research and apply federal and state regulatory requirements to MDX operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent work/education experience.
• 5+ years of functional experience in quality, compliance, or data analysis.
• Must be based in Washington (WA), USA.

Nice to have

• CUCO (Credit Union Compliance Officer) or other compliance designations.
• Experience with the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA).
• Strong expertise in financial services compliance frameworks and industry standards.
