CX Senior Solution Sales Engineer (CCaaS): Driving the adoption of the Infinity platform by designing complex, AI-driven cloud contact center solutions with an accent on omnichannel integration and intelligent orchestration. Focus on translating technical capabilities into business outcomes for enterprise clients and guiding strategic migrations from legacy environments.
Location: Must be based in Dalian, China (Virtual/Remote role).

What you will do
- Lead technical discovery and design for large-scale CCaaS and omnichannel solutions.
- Architect solutions utilizing AI/ML for conversational AI, agent assist, and sentiment analysis.
- Create and deliver high-impact product demonstrations and Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to sales teams and customer executives on security, compliance, and TCO.
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of the competitive CCaaS landscape to effectively position .
- Develop migration strategies for customers transitioning from legacy on-premise environments to the cloud.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in technical pre-sales, solution consulting, or architecture.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with CCaaS/SaaS/Cloud contact center platforms.
- Fluency in Chinese, Korean, and English is required.
- Deep understanding of microservices, global multi-region deployments, and RESTful APIs.
- Proven ability to design end-to-end customer journeys and intelligent workflows.
- Exceptional presentation and whiteboarding skills for C-level audiences.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with heritage on-premise portfolio ( Aura, CM, SM).
- Basic scripting skills in Python or JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
- Relevant cloud certifications (AWS, Azure).
