What you will do

• Lead business-focused discovery sessions and CX workshops to identify customer goals.
• Design and present AI-driven, cloud-native solutions that demonstrate clear business outcomes.
• Translate complex technical concepts into compelling business language for executive stakeholders.
• Deliver use-case-based demos, presentations, and proofs of concept tailored to specific industries.
• Partner with Sales to define winning strategies for high-impact enterprise opportunities.
• Mentor and coach other Solution Consultants to elevate team performance and innovation.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Presales, or Technical Sales.
• Strong expertise in AI, CCaaS, Customer Experience, and SaaS architectures.
• Proven track record of supporting enterprise customers through complex initiatives.
• Ability to present confidently to C-level stakeholders.
• Must be based in the UK with a willingness to travel as required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
