What you will do
- Engage business and technical stakeholders to identify CX strategy gaps and value drivers.
- Facilitate structured discovery workshops to align technology solutions with operational goals.
- Design and deliver tailored demonstrations showcasing Agentic AI, predictive intelligence, and automation.
- Act as the solution lead on complex sales cycles, contributing to high-impact proposals and RFx responses.
- Develop solution architectures and experience roadmaps that balance innovation with long-term sustainability.
- Collaborate with Sales, Value Consulting, and regional partners to ensure successful customer outcomes.
Requirements
- Must have the legal right to work in Japan.
- 5+ years of experience in solution consulting, pre-sales, or CX advisory roles.
- Solid understanding of AI concepts including LLMs, predictive models, and conversational AI.
- Experience working with cloud or SaaS platforms (CCaaS, CRM, or digital engagement).
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills with experience running customer workshops.
- Ability to engage effectively with C-level executives and operational leaders.
