What you will do

• Lead discovery sessions to understand client business needs and translate them into platform use cases.
• Create and deliver impactful product demonstrations for both business and technical audiences.
• Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to shape solution strategies and technical narratives.
• Develop solution storyboards and configure demo environments tailored to client challenges.
• Respond to technical RFPs/RFIs with accurate and timely input.
• Support pilots and proof-of-concept engagements with a consultative approach.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in software pre-sales, consulting, product management, or customer success.
• Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally in complex sales cycles.
• Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Must be based in or able to work from the London office.

Nice to have

• Technical understanding of APIs, relational databases (SQL, Redshift, MongoDB), and SaaS architecture.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and data integration workflows.
• Working knowledge of customer success, digital adoption, or community platforms.
