What you will do

  • Partner with Sales to design AI-driven CX strategies and solutions for customers across Mexico.
  • Lead discovery conversations focused on business outcomes, customer journeys, and experience opportunities.
  • Deliver engaging demos and presentations tailored to both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Design scalable architectures including CCaaS, AI capabilities, APIs, and integrations.
  • Identify and articulate AI use cases across the customer journey, including self-service and agent assist.
  • Support RFx processes and build business cases tied to ROI and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or solution architecture.
  • Understanding of Customer Experience (CX), CCaaS, or customer journey orchestration.
  • Exposure to AI in CX such as bots, agent assist, or GenAI.
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies, APIs, and integrations.
  • English proficiency: Intermediate to advanced required.
  • Ability to engage effectively with enterprise customers and senior stakeholders.

  • Experience in the Mexican market or with diverse client segments.
