What you will do

• Manage and develop a team of Product Representatives and Field Service Technicians to support business partners and end consumers.
• Onboard and train team members on industry standards, route to market, and service excellence.
• Lead the resolution and de-escalation of elevated customer claims through collaborative efforts.
• Evaluate service metrics to identify performance opportunities and facilitate market changes.
• Travel up to 40% within the sales region to ensure consistent delivery of the brand experience.
• Develop and implement business processes to improve operational performance and customer touchpoints.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Service and Claims Management, including team management.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Advanced skills in Google Suites and knowledge of Salesforce or a comparable CRM.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.
• Experience in construction or trades, including the ability to read blueprints (preferred).
• Must be based in or able to work from Eden Prairie, MN.
