TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Universal City, California; hybrid role requiring 4 days per week in-office.

Compensation: $90,000 - $125,000 yearly.

What you will do

  • Manage day-to-day licensing partnerships for adult and kid’s collectibles.
  • Negotiate licensing agreements from initial proposal through final execution.
  • Partner with senior leadership to identify and pitch new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with franchise and product development teams to align product strategies.
  • Manage financial forecasting processes and track ongoing business performance.
  • Work with North American retail sales teams to maximize consumer-level opportunities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of category or brand management experience.
  • Proficiency in reviewing and negotiating licensing contracts.
  • Strong financial reporting and analysis skills, including Excel pivot tables.
  • Experience with product development lifecycles and retail merchandise planning.
  • Ability to travel as needed for business requirements.
  • Must be able to work from the Universal City, CA office 4 days per week.
