TL;DR

Region Dealer Development Manager (Strategy): Driving tactical development and expansion of the agricultural dealer network in North America with an accent on strategic initiative implementation and KPI management. Focus on identifying new dealers, managing performance metrics, and executing corrective action plans to ensure network growth and quality.

Location: Must be based in or able to work in Omaha, Nebraska. Must be currently eligible to work in the U.S.

What you will do

  • Develop and implement sustainable strategies to shape dealer network coverage in target geographies.
  • Monitor and evolve a holistic system of dealer KPIs and conduct regular performance evaluations.
  • Coordinate annual dealer target agreements and performance review meetings.
  • Identify and negotiate with potential new dealers, including business plan reviews and start-up terms.
  • Oversee conceptual project rollouts and drive corrective action plans for underperforming dealers.
  • Coordinate the introduction and orientation process for newly signed dealers.

Requirements

  • Must be currently eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Ideal location is Omaha, Nebraska.
  • 5-10 years of job-related experience, preferably in Ag dealer networks.
  • Exceptional project management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate others, and conduct effective public presentations.
  • Ability to travel up to 70% domestically and internationally; valid driver’s license and passport required.
