What you will do

• Build and close strategic opportunities for AI portfolio products across universities and government bodies.
• Manage the full customer cycle from discovery and qualification to solution design and final close.
• Lead high-level solution sessions for senior institutional leaders and stakeholders.
• Navigate complex technical objections, governance, and compliance requirements during the sales process.
• Gather market intelligence on competitive signals and unmet needs in AI research adoption.
• Represent the company at strategic customer briefings, industry events, and conferences.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in AI/ML solution consulting, research workflow technology, or complex SaaS pre-sales.
• Proven ability to engage with senior technical and non-technical stakeholders (e.g., CTOs, Deans).
• Strong understanding of the technical landscape, including SaaS platforms, APIs, and data infrastructure.
• Ability to independently manage long sales cycles and drive deals to completion.
• Deep curiosity and informed opinions regarding the future of AI in research.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
