TL;DR

Mid-Market Account Executive (AI): Drive adoption of safe, frontier AI by securing strategic deals with mid-market companies in key verticals with an accent on consultative sales, workflow automation, and AI integration. Focus on building new sales motions, collaborating cross-functionally, and expanding revenue through tailored AI solutions.

Location: Hybrid with at least 25% office presence in San Francisco, USA

Salary: $280,000 - $350,000 USD annually

What you will do

  • Contribute to Mid-Market GTM strategy and identify new use cases within assigned verticals
  • Drive strategic expansion and new logo acquisition in key and emerging verticals
  • Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close, including automating repeatable sales workflows
  • Become a trusted advisor by understanding customer needs and co-innovating AI solutions
  • Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, Legal, Marketing, and Applied AI teams to shape product roadmaps
  • Develop sales collateral and continuously refine sales tactics and best practices

Requirements

  • Must have at least 3 years of enterprise B2B sales experience in technology, preferably SaaS or API solutions
  • Strong consultative sales skills with proven revenue target achievement
  • Experience automating workflows in sales processes
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to engage all customer levels including C-level
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • Passion for safe and advanced AI systems

Nice to have

  • Experience with emerging technologies and AI-driven sales automation
  • Strategic and analytical approach to market assessment and execution
