• Translate complex technical challenges into actionable plans and executive-level updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field).
• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or Project Lead.
• Experience in product design, validation, or engineering within hardware/software organizations.
• Must be eligible to access U.S. export-controlled technology (EAR compliance).
• Proven ability to manage structured product development processes and supplier organizations.
