Technical Program Manager (AI)

Location: San Francisco, CA or Seattle, WA; hybrid policy requires staff to work from an office at least 25% of the time

Annual salary: $365,000–$435,000 USD

What you will do

• Own the cross-Apps platform roadmap, including sequencing, dependencies, and trade-offs across platform and product teams.
• Align platform engineering investments with consumer needs and drive adoption across consuming teams.
• Identify duplicated capabilities across product surfaces and turn them into shared platform services.
• Establish planning, status reporting, escalation, and launch coordination across organizations.
• Create roadmaps, risk assessments, status reports, and communication plans.
• Facilitate technical decisions, build consensus, and resolve blocking issues.

Requirements

• Several years of technical program management experience delivering complex, cross-functional programs.
• Experience with platform engineering, shared services, developer platforms, or common capabilities used by multiple product teams.
• Experience driving platform adoption across consuming engineering teams.
• Ability to coordinate multiple engineering teams and organizations while managing parallel workstreams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, or experience in a relevant field.
