Technical Program Manager (AI)

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY (Hybrid: 25%+ in-office required)

Salary: $365,000 - $435,000 USD

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end cross-Apps platform roadmap, managing sequencing, dependencies, and tradeoffs.
• Drive alignment between platform engineering and product teams to ensure platform investments meet consumer needs.
• Identify and consolidate duplicate efforts across surfaces into shared platform capabilities.
• Establish and maintain the operating rhythm, including planning, status reporting, and launch coordination.
• Facilitate technical decision-making and resolve blocking issues across multiple engineering organizations.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in technical program management delivering complex, cross-functional programs.
• Proven experience with platform engineering efforts, shared services, or developer platforms.
• Ability to drive platform adoption across consuming teams and influence without authority.
• Strong experience coordinating across multiple engineering teams and organizations simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to work from San Francisco or New York City offices at least 25% of the time.
