What you will do

• Lead NPI programs from initial planning through deployment readiness and operational handoff.
• Drive cross-functional coordination between engineering, operations, supply chain, and manufacturing teams.
• Build and manage program schedules, milestones, dependencies, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate infrastructure deployment readiness including hardware qualification, networking, power, and cooling.
• Track critical issues, drive mitigation plans, and escalate blockers to ensure project success.
• Facilitate program reviews and stakeholder communication to ensure alignment on launch readiness.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of program management or NPI experience in infrastructure, hardware, or cloud environments.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and operational scaling.
• Proven experience managing complex cross-functional technical programs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI infrastructure, GPU clusters, or data center deployments.
• Familiarity with supply chain and infrastructure operations.
• PMP, Agile, or equivalent program management certification.
