What you will do

• Develop and nurture partnerships across hospitals, health authorities, universities, nursing programs, medical schools, simulation centers, and healthcare innovation organizations.
• Define and execute go-to-market strategies, identify high-potential market segments, and build business cases for commercialization.
• Represent hirify.global at conferences and industry events, engage healthcare leaders, and support thought leadership on healthcare innovation, AI, and XR.
• Lead discovery conversations, facilitate workshops, and develop proposals, partnership agreements, and funding opportunities.
• Support pilot programs and innovation initiatives, and create pathways to scale successful solutions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, innovation, healthcare strategy, or growth leadership.
• Experience working with healthcare organizations (hospitals, health authorities), academic institutions, or healthcare technology companies.
• Proven relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in digital health, healthcare technology, medical simulation, healthcare education, workforce development, learning technologies, AI solutions, or XR (VR/AR).
• Experience with research and innovation programs or public sector healthcare.
