What you will do

• Lead AI product strategy for core note generation models and evaluation stack.
• Oversee evaluation platform including human annotation, LLM judges, and analytics for note quality.
• Drive specialty roadmap ensuring clinical relevance and adoption across diverse care settings.
• Manage and develop a team of product managers focused on models, quality, evaluation, and workflows.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, ML, design, and clinical leaders to align product and technical roadmaps.
• Foster a culture of excellence, speed, and accountability within the product team.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid role based in San Francisco office
• 7+ years product management experience with ML-powered products or platforms.
• Experience managing product teams and driving high-impact ML product delivery.
• Strong technical fluency in ML, data pipelines, and distributed systems.
• Proven ability to measure and improve model quality with evaluation frameworks and annotation pipelines.
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex technical concepts into clear narratives.

• Experience building ML observability or quality measurement systems.
• Background in clinical, healthcare, or regulated environments.
• Experience with specialty-specific model adaptations and personalization systems.
