Salary: $77,000 - $95,000 USD

What you will do

• Promote and reinforce environmental compliance and safety culture across assigned facilities.
• Support facility compliance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations.
• Prepare and assist with environmental reports and regulatory filings.
• Conduct site visits, audits, and compliance assessments across multiple states.
• Implement environmental programs such as SPCC, SWPPP, and waste management.
• Monitor regulatory changes and support spill response and incident reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in environmental compliance.
• Valid driver’s license required for frequent travel.
• Working knowledge of federal and state environmental regulations (RCRA, CWA, CAA).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US; no visa sponsorship provided.
• Ability to interpret permits and regulations in industrial or renewable energy settings.
