Location: Salt Lake City, UT, US (Periodic travel to project locations and offices required)

Salary: $83,000 – $99,450 per year

What you will do

• Coordinate commissioning activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams (OT/IT, ISO, utilities) for site integration.
• Ensure compliance with NERC standards and PPA/Interconnection Agreement reporting requirements.
• Develop facility manuals and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for control center operators.
• Conduct training for operators on new facility operating parameters and monitoring requirements.
• Coordinate with SCADA vendors to ensure system functionality, graphics, and alarm validation.
• Oversee overall operational readiness and turnover activities to ensure a seamless transition to COD.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent technical experience.
• 2+ years of professional experience in Wind and/or PV or 5+ years in the power industry (O&M field preferred).
• Experience with Solar+Storage or Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
• Familiarity with power plant SCADA or DCS systems and grid entities (ISO, TOP, etc.).
• Experience and familiarity with NERC Reliability Standards and Critical Infrastructure Protection.
• Must be based in the US and able to work from Salt Lake City, UT.
