Location: Must be based in California, with a significant preference for Central CA (Bay Area/Fresno) for regular client travel.

Compensation: $77,300 – $110,500 USD

What you will do

• Motivate and coach plant management and facility teams on energy efficiency.
• Facilitate training workshops and conduct onsite energy audits.
• Analyze industrial process performance using statistical methods and monitoring equipment.
• Develop site improvement plans and write technical reports for diverse audiences.
• Create high-quality documentation and visually engaging presentations.

Requirements

• Must be based in California with ability to travel to client sites.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship.
• Experience with continuous improvement, change management, or Lean/Six Sigma principles.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) for data representation and reporting.
• Ability to conduct site walk-throughs and identify energy savings opportunities.
