What you will do

• Own PM strategy, direction, and roadmaps, ensuring alignment and adherence across product teams.
• Set pricing and licensing strategies to drive market success and revenue growth.
• Identify product challenges using performance data and refine focus areas accordingly.
• Define clear lifecycle policies for existing products and communicate portfolio lifecycle and company strategy.
• Partner with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Support to solve business challenges and lead cross-functional/organizational projects.
• Lead people management across multiple divisions, including workforce planning, talent planning, and building high-performing teams.

Requirements

• Background in Product Management with experience leading complex, large-scale product organizations.
• Proven track record leading large-scale product teams or divisions.
• Experience coaching and mentoring product teams and setting overall division direction and strategy.
• Strong ability to align technical solutions with strategic business objectives.
• Exceptional strategic planning, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong data analytics and metric tracking skills; proficiency with product management tools.
