What you will do

• Define and execute the digital wealth product strategy and roadmap for advisor, investor, and data insight solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, development, technology, and marketing to drive product evolution.
• Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities, including M&A, partnerships, and emerging industry innovations.
• Manage product pricing models and business cases to ensure profitability and alignment with sales targets.
• Drive the development of a unified, best-in-class digital UI/UX across the wealth platform.
• Provide thought leadership and mentorship to team members to foster career advancement and strategic alignment.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in the Wealth Management industry.
• Proven expertise in digital advisor widgets, customer self-service, trading solutions, and product lifecycle management.
• Strong background in business case creation, financial modeling, and product pricing.
• Experience in data and system integration from both business and technical perspectives.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Ability to present complex strategies to senior executives and key stakeholders.
