Salary: $150,000–$180,000 DOE

What you will do

• Own overall product strategy and collaborate with the CTO and COO to ensure timely product launch and execution.
• Drive product development by creating long-term vision, prioritizing the roadmap, and ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Lead ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative global-scale enterprise products.
• Lead an AI-first product strategy by embedding AI capabilities into the product roadmap and driving adoption of AI tools.
• Define product success metrics and collect/analyze feedback to shape requirements, features, and end products.
• Manage data strategy by directing collection, processing, and interpretation of product usage, sales pipeline, and market research; present insights to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, including 4+ years in a team leadership role.
• 4+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS with proven success delivering for enterprise or upmarket segments.
• Proven experience defining and delivering AI-enabled products, including hands-on use of AI tools to improve decision-making and cross-functional workflows.
• Strong data skills across quantitative analytics and qualitative user research.
• Ability to turn ambiguous ideas and data into clear outcomes, strategy, and roadmap execution.
• Excellent communication skills to align and bring stakeholders on board.
