Salary: $125K–$200K annually

What you will do

• Manage and review the month-end close process and resolve financial discrepancies.
• Lead the relationship with external auditors and coordinate internal information requests.
• Oversee external tax accountants and handle state registrations and payments.
• Manage the payment cycle and troubleshoot corporate card and expense systems.
• Lead the implementation of new financial systems, including ERP and revenue recognition tools.

Requirements

• Active CPA certification.
• Expertise in US GAAP, SaaS revenue recognition, and international accounting.
• Experience owning full-cycle month-end/quarter-end close processes and managing audits end-to-end.
• Must be based in the US.
• Undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, or a quantitative field.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in a startup environment.
• Experience with Big 4 audit firms.
