What you will do

• Launch and scale CNBC’s subscriber forums, including defining the structure, guidelines, and moderation approach.
• Hire, lead, and develop a dedicated community team and moderator network.
• Develop engagement strategies to drive participation, loyalty, and subscriber retention.
• Partner with editorial teams and CNBC talent to host live chats, AMAs, and expert-led discussions.
• Monitor community health and refine strategies using engagement, safety, and retention metrics.

Requirements

• Proven experience building and managing online communities at scale.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in hiring and leading high-performing teams.
• Success in fostering healthy digital dialogue and establishing trust & safety standards.
• Strong understanding of community platforms such as Reddit, Discord, or proprietary forums.
• Unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.

• Experience in media, finance, or subscription-based businesses.
