What you will do

• Take ownership of multiple accounts, overseeing their strategic goals and the overarching marketing landscape.
• Act as the primary client-facing strategic voice in meetings and ensure the quality of all planning deliverables.
• Develop data- and insight-driven strategies using state-of-the-art strategic approaches to solve complex problems.
• Provide thought leadership by publishing POVs on new solutions and industry advances.
• Mentor and nurture the Planning team, guiding them through professional growth and conflict resolution.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Account Planning.
• Extensive experience within the Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry required.
• Subject matter expertise in digital, media, and technology marketing and advertising.
• Strong analytical skills to distill research and data into meaningful strategic recommendations.
• Exceptional communication skills for presenting to groups and aligning internal and client teams.
