Salary: $155,000 – $232,000 per year

What you will do
- Lead the community function, managing Bonfire forums and regional meetups to drive engagement and retention.
- Own the Customer Champions program end-to-end to produce a steady supply of references, speakers, and storytellers.
- Facilitate high-stakes Customer Advisory Boards (CABs) to turn executive insights into product roadmaps.
- Establish a testimonial capture motion across video and written formats for use in campaigns and case studies.
- Co-design a unified customer empowerment journey from learner to champion.
- Manage and mentor a high-ownership team of five specialists and managers across digital community and events.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading large-scale customer advocacy programs in B2B software.
- Experience managing meaningful customer communities, including platform migrations or re-platforming.
- Ability to quantify the function's impact using pipeline and influence metrics.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills, partnering with PMM, Content, CX, and Product teams.
- Must be based in the United States.
Nice to have
- Background in MarTech, customer engagement, or adjacent B2B SaaS categories.
- Experience scaling advocacy platforms (e.g., ChampionHQ, Influitive) or community platforms (e.g., Higher Logic, Bevy).
- Experience managing multi-region programs across AMER, EMEA, and APAC.
- Public speaking presence and a strategic point of view on customer-led growth.
