What you will do

• Provide senior-level leadership for interactive marketing plans across a portfolio of client brands.
• Maintain mid-to-senior level client relationships to ensure retention and identify new business opportunities.
• Manage the financial impact of campaigns, ensuring budget adherence and achievement of target goals.
• Lead the development of integrated solutions through research, analytical metrics, and strategic insight.
• Collaborate with internal departments including creative, strategy, analytics, and development to execute projects.
• Model inclusive behaviors and proactively manage bias within cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• Approximately 10+ years of experience in client services, agency, digital pharmaceutical, or healthcare marketing.
• Subject matter expertise in digital, media, and technology marketing, including new product launches.
• Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional teams in fast-paced, agile environments.
• Strong negotiation skills regarding contracts and work assignments.
