What you will do

  • Lead strategic development and tactical social media initiatives for a portfolio of business along the East Coast.
  • Serve as the primary subject matter expert and lead social media counsel for account staff and external pharmaceutical clients.
  • Identify, secure, and grow organic and new business opportunities to increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Creative, UX, Analytics, and CRM to ensure project delivery on time and on budget.
  • Drive internal education and knowledge sharing to promote social media adoption as a core competency within the organization.
  • Manage projects, conduct research, and handle time management effectively for various client initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 10+ years of related industry experience in a consultative or agency setting.
  • Applied expertise in digital strategy, social media technology, and advertising.
  • Proven business development, vendor negotiation, and client relations skills.
  • Ability to travel for client meetings and new business pitches.
