Salary: $165,000–$185,000 + Bonus

What you will do

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across the US and Canada to drive growth and regional reputation.
• Create tailored messaging for diverse stakeholders, including policymakers, economic development organizations, and customers.
• Collaborate with site development, public policy, and sustainability teams to align marketing with business goals.
• Oversee all North American events, including industry tradeshows and customer-focused gatherings.
• Analyze campaign performance and stakeholder engagement to optimize future programming.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in marketing, campaign management, or external affairs.
• Proven track record of leading campaigns in complex, regulated industries.
• Exceptional storytelling, writing, and editing skills.
• Must be based in Denver, CO to comply with the flexible work policy (3 days on-site).
